Made of 100% Chardonnay grapes from Uco Valley, this Charmat method sparkler is fresh and flavorful. It opens with aromas of white flowers, lime and yeast. A persistent foam and good acidity balance out peach and apple flavors with hints of smoke.

The NV Sparkling Brut Blanc de Blancs Alta Vista comes from the Uco Valley and is made using the Charmat method. Yellow in hue, it delivers fragrant notes of yeast, apple and ginger. Voluminous in the mouth, with a well-developed, fresh, effervescent mousse and a long, bold finish whose appley top notes are rounded off with oaky aromas.

Refreshing lemon citrus nose with some apples and subtle creaminess. Crisp and fresh with plenty of crunchy apple-like flavors. The bright and easy palate is attacked by fresh, obvious bubbles.
