This Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is a light straw color with a green tinge. The very aromatic wine fills the nose with gooseberry, fresh cut green herbs, wet slate, yellow grapefruit, and pineapple notes. On the palate it is dry, medium-minus bodied, nicely textured, and refreshing. Although even with plus acidity it lacked vibrancy. There are flavors of grapefruit, passion fruit, grass, flint, and a hint of green apple. The finish is dry and grassy, and moderate in length. Served chilled, it would go well with garlicky grilled prawns.
White asparagus, gooseberries and a hint of green beans. Fresh and crisp palate with an elegant expression of green stone fruit and citrus.
Grown at hillside vineyards nine miles from the coast, this is a generously textured sauvignon with clean lime-custard flavors and ripe honeydew melon scents. The flavors open as the wine’s power develops with air, yielding scents of apple blossoms and fresh pistachio.
A medium-bodied white with aromas of lime zest, pomelo pith, green apple and nettles. Tangy and fresh on the palate with bright, green-citrus and flinty notes to close.
Attractive notes of fresh limes and and lime leaf here with grassy nuances, as well as an array of tropical fruit, such as papaya and green mango. The palate has a smooth, fresh and juicy feel with succulent, smooth-honed, bright citrus and melon flavors.
