halky, racy and persistent, this sparkling wine delivers plenty of flavor in a leaner style. Palate-cleansing flavors of citrus blossoms, oyster shells and spiced apples sparkle through an ultralong finish
Sleek and fragrant, with steely lemon and green apple flavors that take on hints of lime and fresh ginger as this builds tension toward the vibrant ending
A rather inviting nose of fresh flowers, wet stones, dried lemon peel and a hint of hazelnut. Medium-bodied with a tight mousse. Mineral and dry. Plenty of drive here. Really focused and so delicious.
This is very dry, with sliced apples and lemons and an intensity of bread dough and brioche. It’s medium-bodied with vivid acidity and a crisp finish. Oyster and salt undertones.
Made from the base wine as the Estate Brut but with a lower dosage of just 4.5 grams per liter, the 2018 Estate Ultra Brut is the racier and drier of the two (no surprise here). Lime juice and citrus zest mark the nose, while the medium-bodied palate is zesty, clean and rapier-fresh.
