Reynard Cornas 2020

Unfortunately, there’s only a single demi-muid of the 2020 Cornas Reynard. Gentle, pencil-shavings-like oak notes join crushed stone, red plum and garrigue on the nose. This shows more traditional Cornas character than the wine from Domaine de Saint Pierre. It’s full-bodied, silky but tannic, with granitic restraint, focus and terrific length on the finish.
