This single acre parcel adjoins the famous Clos de Beze and exhibits many of the same characteristics. It is also home to the oldest pinot noir vines in the Jadot portfolio (90+ years) and the source of a particularly fine type of pinot which Jadot uses to propogate new vines as needed in other vineyards. Subsoils are red clay with small stones which warm early during the growing season and produce ripe and concentrated fruit.
