Created over 100 years ago by Jacques and Robert Delamain in 1920, this Cognac gets its name from its naturally light gold color and distinct dry finish. Pale & Dry is unique in the XO category: it is a cognac without added sugar or coloring, aged in old oak barrels and thus clearer and less marked by the taste of wood. All Eaux-de-vie is sourced from Grande Champagne, the only Premier Cru in Cognac.

Tasting Note

Fruit notes of ripe apricot and citrus followed by vanilla, spice and ginger. Light and delicate on the mouth with a delectable, powdery, dry finish.
