L’Oiseau Rare, meaning “Rare Bird” is a tribute to the writings of Jacques Delamain on bird and the very unique cognacs that compose the blend. Crafted from a blend of very old eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, this exceptional Hors d’Age cognac offers the promise of an astonishingly complex tasting experience.

Tasting Note

Delicate notes of flowers and a hint of spice, followed by perfectly ripe summer fruits such as apricot, peach, and pear, and roasted almonds. On the palate, flavors of orange zest complemented by notes of cardamom are intermigled with fruit flavors like red fruits, Kirsch cherries, and Muscat grapes. Persistent length and elegant finish.
