Signature Cocktail: Strawberry Passion Batida
- 1.5 oz. Alizé Gold Passion
- 1 oz. Cachaҫa
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
- Mint / strawberry
Muddle lime, simple syrup, mint, and strawberry. Add remaining ingredients, shake, and strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.
Simple Syrup Recipe:
Combine 1 part sugar and 1 part water. Bring the water to a boil, while stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
