Now, more than ever, the wine industry needs people who are able to rethink brand strategy, motivate teams, and keep the business alive. Vice President of Operations, Cakebread Cellars, Aaron Fishleder, ensures everything runs smoothly all while pushing for sustainability in vineyard management, operations and winemaking. Fishleder also works with International Wineries for Climate Action, developing a healthy soils standard, and is an advocate for green packaging and low-carbon solutions.
