Owner, President
Kotaro Saito is the 5th generation President of the Saiya Brewery. Under his leadership, Yuki No Bosha has grown dramatically in prestige and size. Saito-san is deeply appreciative to his family, Takahashi-toji, their brewmaster, Sato-san, his vice president and the rest of his team.
