The Nakao Sake Brewery was established in 1871. It soon started using the brand name Seikyo, which means “True Mirror.”

Owner, President
Tsuyoshi Nakao is the 6th generation President of the Nakao Brewery. Nakao-san brings an intense focus to quality, consistency, and stability in his sake. At the same time, he has made the brewery and the brands incredibly enjoyable and beloved. His warmth, intelligence, and ability show through in his great brands.
