Paolo Trappolini grown up among vineyards and cellars, in a family of vine growers and wine producers since the early twenties of the twentieth century. His grandfather Giovanni and his father Mario passed him the great passion for this job and after his studies in viticulture and enology he started his working experience in different wine estates from northern through southern Italy. For over twenty years he has worked for primary Tuscan wineries reaching top international ratings and awards on his wine productions.
In the last years he moved back to the territory of origin taking care of the family estate and he started his cooperation with Tenuta di Salviano focusing on a proper style research of its products.
