Mixology
Lucano NA Mule
- 2 oz. Amaro Lucano NA
- 5 oz ginger beer
- 0.75 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to a copper mug filled with ice. Stir well and garnish with a lime wheel
Lucano Americano
- 1.5 oz Amaro Lucano
- 1.5 oz Rosso Vermouth
- Club Soda
- Orange Slice
In a rocks or highball glass filled with ice, add Amaro Lucano, vermouth and club soda. Stir gently, then garnish with an orange slice.
Negroni Lucano
- 1 oz Amaro Lucano
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz Rosso vermouth
- 3 dashes bitters
- Orange slice
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange slice.
Amarcord
- 1 oz Lucano Anniversario Amaro
- 1 oz Calvados
- 1 oz Pineapple Ginger juice
- 2 oz Poema Brut
- Fresh Lime juice
Mix the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Drain it into a champagne glass with ice and add a splash of lime juice
Italiano 1894
- 1.5 oz Lucano Anniversario Amaro
- 2 Bar spoons of white sugar
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 5 Coriander leaves
- 0.5 oz Lucano Anniversario Sambuca
- Caposaldo Prosecco
Pour the sugar and lemon juice into a mixing glass and mix to dissolve the sugar. Add the coriander, Lucano Anniversario Amaro, Lucano Anniversario Sambuca and ice then shake. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top off with Poema Prosecco. Garnish with berries, mint and a sprinkling of icing sugar.
