Our Team
Fuku means “happiness” and chitose means “forever.” Their mascot is an owl, which is loved throughout Japan as a bird that brings luck.
Tokuhiko Tajima
President
Tokuhiko Tajima is the 6th generation President of the Tajima Brewery. Tajima-san has kept a warm, family feeling to his small brewery in Fukui. Today, he is preparing his son, Yujiro, now Brewmaster, to take the reins in the coming years.
