The vineyards of Fiano di Avellino DOCG are located in Lapio and Montefalcione. The grapes are harvested by hand usually in the second decade of October. After cryomaceration of the grapes at 41 °F to obtain the maximum aromatic extraction from the grapes, soft pressing and cold decanting of the must follow. The obtained wine is refined in stainless steel for about 4 months.

Harvest Note
The 2024 harvest was influenced by a dry, hot summer followed by September rains, which helped regulate grape ripening. While overall yields were slightly below average, the late-season weather favored sugar concentration and phenolic development, benefiting white varieties. Producers anticipate that the 2024 vintage will yield high-quality white wines with excellent aromatic profiles and aging potential.
Tasting Note
Straw yellow color with intense floral and fruity notes. Pear and hazelnut aromas evolve into hints of exotic fruits for a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs with seafood risotto, tagliatelle or truffle topped dishes.
