The 2020 wine harvest in Brunello di Montalcino DOCG was characterized by a warm growing season with sporadic heat waves, balanced by timely rainfall that preserved acidity and freshness. Yields were slightly reduced, but the grapes achieved excellent ripeness, resulting in wines with depth, refined tannins, and vibrant aromatics. This vintage is expected to produce well-structured and expressive Brunellos with great aging potential.
